This villa is situated in Maenam soi 7, with a nice open view from the big garden and terrace on the golf course who is situated 2 minutes away from santiburi golf.
Family can choose to gather around the pool with the dining area and sofa or inside the house as kitchen, dining room and living room areas have are ensuite. The kitchen is full equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, big fridge.
All 4 bedrooms come with ensuite private bathrooms.
You will have 2 master bedrooms from either side of the swimming pool with view on it and a beautiful view on the garden. These bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower, outdoor bath and double sink.
2 other bedrooms are situated at the 1st floor, they comes with ensuite bathroom equipped by shower, toilet and sink. They have balcony with view on the swimming pool, garden and golf course.
While the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans, you may just wish to sleep in natural seabreeze since the villa is equipped with mosquitos net. Free internet is available, and TVs is installed in the living room.
The villa has a very good location for people who like quiet residential area favored by expatriates and foreigners. Airport is approximately 15 – 20 minutes away, with Fisherman Village 15 min away and Chaweng shopping districts within a 20 minute drive. Koh Samui is an easy island to drive around. You will cover the entire island in a 1.5 hour leisure drive. But then, you may wish to relax and never want to leave the villa

We charge a security deposit: from 20,000 Thai baht to 50 000 Thai bath depending on the length of the stay, payable by cash upon check-in. It will be refund to you at check-out after an inspection of the departure villa. The equivalent can be paid in any main currency (EUR, GPB, Cyn, AUD, rub).
Dishes should be clean and tidy after your stay ends. We will apply an additional fee deducted from your security deposit in case of non-compliance with the instructions.
Pets are no allowed in the villa

In addition, if you have a technical problem in the villa, we have a team with all the trades to help you out as quickly as possible 7/7 from 8.00am to 8.00pm.
